This position will partner with HR team members to provide HR Business Partner support to over 1,400 Operations associates and leaders. Acts as a subject matter expert around all HR systems, processes and practices. ![]() Leads projects related to improving HR related aspects of Business Unit programs and practices. Takes part in recommending new approaches, policies, processes, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Under limited supervision, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through experience and training to assist in the development, and implementation of HR practices, procedures, and solutions for the Operations Department Build relationships with Operations Business Unit leaders and HR team.
